The "KC" Category prefix was used for prints from the release in September 1973 until July 1975, when the album was re-released around the time of "Born To Run" and Springsteen's major breakthrough. At that time the "KC" prefix was replaced by the "PC" prefix.

The Matrix# ending "2A" places the copy in time and record plant. "2" means second print, "A" that it was pressed at the Santa Maria record plant in California. Copies w. matrixes ending in "1C" would accordingly be 1st pressings from another plant
